I recently completed a property purchase with David Rogers. This purchase started in the fall and finally was completed in the early spring. Since it was a property split there were a lot of details and in addition, there were a lot of unexpected issues on the sellers end that came up that kept stopping us from closing. Through all of it David Rogers kept me informed and kept working towards getting things cleared up and moving forward again. I never once felt uninformed or felt like I had to try to resolve things myself. David stayed on top of everything and through the ups and downs he constantly reassured me of what was happening in the process. It was obvious he went above and beyond to make sure my interests were met.
